Our History
Feldman Law Offices was founded in April 2002 by Ava S. Feldman with a focus on serving local lenders. The firm initially handled refinances, second mortgages, and equity lines of credit for lenders throughout the area.
Since 2009, Larry Feldman has served as the sole proprietor of the firm. Under his leadership, the practice has continued to focus on real estate transactions while expanding its relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, and lenders across the Greater Atlanta area.
Today, the firm works with a broad network of industry professionals and continues to support transactions throughout Metro Atlanta.
