Larry Feldman brings a unique blend of legal, financial, and business experience to Feldman Law Offices, LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, and a Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School.
Before returning to general litigation, Larry spent 25 years working in technology sales with corporate clients. That background gives him a practical understanding of transactions, negotiations, and the business considerations that often arise during real estate closings. Many of the questions he receives from real estate professionals are rooted in deal structure and process, allowing him to bridge the gap between legal requirements and real-world transactions.
Feldman Law Offices was founded in 2002 and has operated in Dunwoody since that time. Larry joined the firm in 2007, returned to general litigation in 2008, and acquired the firm in 2010. Since then, he has led the firm with a continued focus on residential real estate closings. Under his leadership, the firm has remained a boutique practice known for attentive service, practical guidance, and reasonable pricing.
Larry is actively involved in the real estate and legal community. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board of the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association (GRECAA).
